Georgia Morley

Georgia is an internationally represented British painter of wild seas and remote landscapes. Her art is inspired by her travels across the world. After graduating from Falmouth University in sustainable design, she has so far travelled six continents, taking her artwork and research in natural pigments for sustainable art from desert, to jungle, to the frozen landscapes of Patagonia. Alongside water mixable oils, Georgia creates a lot of her own paint from the natural pigments she finds in rocks and vegetation. Indigenous people of different countries have taught her about their own practises in art and pigments and she has exhibited while on the road, raising money for rural communities. Art and travel are her way of connecting to the world and expressing herself through abstract interpretations of our planet’s landscapes.
